Knijn Space now offers a paid hosting tier alongside the existing free tier, with dedicated resources and service guarantees.
Terms of Service Update - 2026-09-27
We’re updating our Terms of Service, effective 2026-09-27. This post summarizes what’s changing and why. If you don’t agree with the updated terms, you can terminate your hosting before they take effect without penalty. See the Amendments section below for how that works going forward.
Kairos Deprecation
Kairos is the old system powering the GoTrain instance hosted at https://kairos.knijn.one/gotrain. This is being deprecated due to age, and in order to provide a better experience. It was based on an old project for school that I am no longer maintaining. The old instance will stay up as long as possible, but no realistic effort will be made to keep it up if it goes down.
New knijn.space Terms of Service
I would like to inform users of knijn.space of some changes to our Terms of Service. They do not affect any of your rights and only serve to keep it up to date.
The following updates have been made:
- Switch the hosting provider to Vultr
- New styling
- Minor spelling and grammar fixes.
If you have any concerns, please reach out to me, thanks!
